Until April 2019, Tier 1 Entrepreneur was the appropriate route for businessmen and women who want to establish businesses in the UK subject to satisfying the requirements. Tier 1 Entrepreneur was a point base, and prospective applicants needed to score 95 points or above and meet other requirements under immigration Rules to be successful. The required evidential fund for Tier 1 Entrepreneur was to have proof of access to £200 000.00 or £50,000.00 if you were applying as a graduate entrepreneur.
CAN I STILL APPLY FOR UK TIER 1 ENTREPRENEUR VISA ?
No. After April 2019, Tier 1 Entrepreneur was replaced by Innovator Visa. However, suppose your Tier 1 Entrepreneur was issued before April 2019, and you are still living lawfully in the UK. In that case, you can be able to switch to either Innovator Visa or Start-up Visa. The good news is that the time spent on either Tier 1 Entrepreneur or Graduate Entrepreneur can be counted towards your Indefinite Leave To Remain.

The applicant must submit his or her business idea to an endorsing body where the applicant’s business plan, skills, and job creation ability would be assessed. The applicant’s credentials would be endorsed before he could proceed with his or her Innovator Visa application.
