Getting it right before you commit to a binding commercial lease contract is very important as it would minimise immensely an unfair and regrettable liability which may last from five years or more.
We have expert solicitors that deal on landlord and tenant law in relation to commercial leases. We can advice you on any dispute and take action to protect your interest if instructed.
There is a stipulated code for leasing business premises created by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and endorsed by the government and leading organisations. The aim was to promote transparency and flexibility. Our solicitors will ensure that your lease conforms with the RICS standard.
